PadiFix respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting personal information in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and international best practices.
2. Information We Collect
- Provider Profile Data: Business name, trade category, public contact phone/WhatsApp number, state, LGA, locality, experience, and optional portfolio photographs.
- Geospatial Data: Approximate locality and commercial centroid coordinates to power radius search. We do not expose private residential street addresses on public maps.
- Client Search Data: Search keywords, selected filters, and anonymous telemetry metrics to improve platform speed and relevancy.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected data solely to:
- Display verified artisan listings to potential local customers.
- Enable direct phone and WhatsApp contact without middleman interception.
- Detect spam, verify artisan identity, and maintain marketplace trust.
4. Data Storage & Security
All sensitive credentials and database interactions are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and secured by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to review, update, or delete your provider profile at any time directly through your Provider Dashboard or by contacting support@padifix.ng.
