Welcome to PadiFix ("PadiFix", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, progressive web application (PWA), and marketplace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

PadiFix operates as a local-services marketplace connecting customers with independent skilled Nigerian artisans, technicians, and service professionals.

2. Direct Connection & Zero Commission Model

PadiFix is a local-services marketplace. We connect customers directly to artisans via standard telephone calls and WhatsApp messaging. PadiFix:

  • Does not take a cut or commission from job quotes or artisan earnings.
  • Does not act as an employer, agent, or contractor for any listed artisan.
  • Does not set fixed prices for artisan services; all price negotiations occur directly between the client and the artisan.

3. Provider Verification & Disclaimer

We provide multiple tiers of verification (Phone verification, NIN vNIN document review, and Customer reviews). While we strive for accuracy, users are encouraged to exercise normal commercial caution, agree on written quotes before work begins, and inspect completed craftsmanship prior to final payment.

4. User & Provider Obligations

Artisans listing services on PadiFix agree to provide genuine contact details, truthful trade qualifications, and adhere to professional standards. Misrepresentation, harassment, or fraudulent conduct results in immediate blacklisting and profile removal.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
